In this wrongful death action, brought under § 537.080, et seq., the Circuit Court of Greene County sustained a motion to dismiss the amended petition of an administrator de bonis non and sustained a motion to strike the administrators motion to substitute the minor child of deceased as plaintiff and to amend the petition. The administrator d.b.n. has appealed. We have jurisdiction, since the prayer of the amended petition was for $25,000 damages.
